I do totally GET the bigger public gym thing. I spent decades training at home (in a HUGE home gym of course, w/ all commercial stuff) because I couldn't go to a gym. Not without being hounded for hours...
Fortunately, wait long nuff and "fame" wears off nicely. LOL!
But few years ago I went back to the BIG GYM. I have a story coming out on that...the reasons and experience but I'll say, I get it. There's a lot of good for doing it.
You are pretty on point with the difference between Arnold & Mike.
I'd say Mike was less "heady" than a dark, depressive guy who craved "the absolute" answers to things. This is clearly why he was a devotee to the Ayn Rand-ology of things. Very black & white thinking. (fun stories about public debate I had with him...)
As for his HEAVY DUTY "methodology" it's really not a rational "thing." But his certainty or commitment to something obtuse attracts people and would have fit the SOMEDIA algorithms for extremism quite well. Perfectly.
As for Arny, he never "fixed" anything he simply overwhelmed people with charisma and energy. And as for his "stepping on a rake"... it must be a sort of "Cernovich bubble" you've stepped into but Arnold didn't make any controversy outside of some bubble...
He's an excellent public servant with an impeccable record of being straight shooter. If one has not fully studied the mRNA then that leads to all manner of dysinfo... but not for now.
Arnold is more popular and making more impact than ever. He is widely admired and followed by millions. So no worry there. His most recent book is a great calling card and positive message for himself and a gift to millions. He is doing quite well... and taking good care of his health and self.

Thanks... To Your Full Strength,

Very interesting and I'm glad you took the time to listen!
I agree that the Arnold "stepping on a rake" is a very niche bubble on the internet, but one that I'm very familiar with as well.
Thanks again for taking the time to listen.
