Gaintrust Update
A quick summary on the state of things over at Gaintrust and what we have to look forward to
Just wanted to give a quick update on what we’ve got going on over at Gaintrust.
Programming
As always, we are busy cranking away with our weekly programming. Right now we are on the second block of our latest, high frequency program, Patriot. The emphasis for this mesocyclone is on chest and shoulders. Last month we put the extra emphasis on back which really kicked ass.
I’m really liking this approach to programming right now. Loading up a lot of volume on one major muscle group at a time has given a great opportunity for everyone doing the program to really feel what proper fatigue feels like after only 4 weeks of going hard. The deload on week 5 seems to be way more welcome than it has with previous programs where the deloads were on week 8 or 10. I take it to mean we are doing something right with our approach so far.
Feedback has been excellent. Our weekly check-in meetings have had consistently higher attendance than was typical just a little over a month ago — people seem to be getting a lot from them and it’s clear that the support people have for one another is working out well for everyone. It’s all been very positive.
Video Content
We have recently uploaded three new videos showing off the new format for instructional videos. These videos are designed with our programs in mind. All of our programs have video demonstrations so these are just the latest version of that library.
The quality of our videos have taken a noticeable step up in quality — both in terms of aesthetics and information/direction. Our plans are to completely overhaul our library of instructional videos so that they all match the new standard of quality, so keep an eye out for that on our Youtube and Rumble pages.
More Informative Articles & Blogging
I am currently working on an article about pre-workout which I aim to release in a week or two. There’s a lot to learn there so I’m taking my time digging in and understanding the data.
I also plan on writing more about my own personal journey and story. I’ve done some of that recently and may release some of it soon. I’ve found that to be very enjoyable and cathartic as well.
Thats’s all for now.
Happy Gaining.
