Hyperion - Join Today!!
The feedback so far from my latest program has been some of the best I’ve received so far.
I always encourage those who are considering to run a Gaintrust program, to run them on week one with the rest of the group, so consider this a notice in case you were thinking of putting it off!
Often, people will join mid-program and need to go back to week 1 without the guidance of the rest of the group. Don’t worry, the programs are detailed and provide a clear roadmap to go at it alone, but those who start from week 1 have the advantage of running it together week to week.
Some important points on my programs — For those of you who don’t know, I run my programs on a community Discord server which offer some unique opportunities running fitness programs. Below are some of them…
The programs are interactive - Hyperion in particular may be our most interactive. The program provides mechanisms for accumulating volume across the weeks which we provide to you using guides and internal mechanisms, to help you build your own unique program. Using community feedback, a master copy of the Gaintrust Hyperion program is also being constructed week to week, which is provided as a sample template for progression for you to either emulate or copy directly.
You decide the fate of the programs!
Live Feedback - I am always available to ask questions as the program releases. People’s feedback and concerns help me to adjust along the way if need be.
Every week, we get together for a check-in where we talk about the program, nutrition, mentality, technique, and more. For those who want to share their progress with me and the group, the floor is yours once a week over a live audio chat.
This week’s check-in is provided below for those looking to learn more about the program. We discuss Hyperion at length and also gives you an idea of how the weekly chat’s go.
About The Program
Hyperion is the second part of a multi-series of programs designed to take you through a range of training modalities.
High Intensity being the first in the series of programs, took the volume down near our minimum effective volume — the least amount of volume needed to grow. The idea is that by this point, our bodies have adapted to low volume and are ready to receive more stimulus.
With Hyperion, we will be starting at our minimum effective volume and making adjustments to our volume along the way. The idea is to reach our maximum adaptive volume for each muscle group — the most volume we can effectively grow and recover from.
It is important to remember, that not all muscle groups respond to the same volume. Larger muscle groups, such as the glutes, will require far less volume to stimulate growth than the calves, for example.
