The Gym is a Sanctuary for Natural Hierarchy
How the gym preserves natural hierarchy in a world of inverted hierarchies
The narrative driven society has inverted most of the natural hierarchies to where in order to climb the ladder you may be asked to debase yourself or even denounce yourself. It's unnatural.
The rise of social constructionists has been palpable. Even our mothers, who don’t watch the news, can sense that something strange has happened. The social constructionists don’t deny their handiwork, just look at the headlines they write. They’re boastful, even.
The Secret History of the Shadow Campaign That Saved the 2020 Election
Whatever your thoughts on the 2020 election, the article lays out a troubling fact about the internet and who controls it. Again, they’re boasting about manipulating you at the level of who we choose to govern your country.
Politics aside, It shouldn’t be much of a surprise. The average person has shifted their lives into a dual, digital reality over the course of the last decade. Social media use has gone from roughly 5% to 70% in the US for adults across only a ten year period. That is an earth shattering shift in social behavior. What are the consequences?

Well, the consequences are the emergence of a new type of overlord perfectly suited to that of a once inept profession - the social constructionist. At its core, social constructionism is the practice of grand, societal level, manipulation. How do we manipulate people into more clicks? How do we tug on their emotions or pit people against one another to keep them furiously clicking? Well, you know the result because it’s obvious if you’ve been here long enough. You invert natural hierarchies and watch people squirm.
Are you traditionally attractive? Fit? An alpha? Let us tell you all the reasons that is a bad thing - Some Article Written by a Recent Gender Studies Grad Student Graduate at the New York Times
Under the guise of progress we are meant to celebrate fat acceptance and the new standard of male beauty.
Through all of this, a place that has remained relatively unchanged and conservative in its application of natural beauty and hierarchy are gyms. Gyms operate in the purely physical realm. It is a very “offline” experience to be in a gym (aside from the annoying emergence of fitstagrammers or fitness influencer types). The gym has remained one of the last vestiges of natural hierarchy.
You can see the effect gym-going non-leftists have on the processional social constructionists to the point of smearing the entire community as “Nazis”.
Natural hierarchies can only form in the absence of social constructionism. Social constructionism is by its very nature, unnatural. When you leave people alone with a goal that is specifically unachievable via status, money, or power (non-physical), you have the perfect habitat for natural hierarchies to form. What is unique to a natural hierarchy is your involuntary (sometimes desirous) reaction to those who put in the hard work. You instantly know that your life would be better if you looked like the guy squatting 405 lbs for reps.
Social constructionists may gaslight you by claiming these standards of beauty are socially constructed. That images of buff men and trim women are the workings of the previous social constructionist before them. We know this isn’t true because there aren’t any inversions in the natural order of things for men to be strong and women to be trim. Hell, “The Science™” even agrees with the health benefits (however reluctantly I’m sure). Men who are strong have ALWAYS been our defenders and producers since the dawn of time with very few exceptions. In other words, it’s built into us. Natural.
The gym steps outside the domain of the social constructionist control and sidesteps their inversions. We should all cherish the physical domain of the gym and encourage others to join one. It is more important than ever to experience true, natural hierarchies and as a bonus, you get a rockin bod.
The parts of life that are undeniably true and beautiful are natural. One day, nature will claim our cities, and the world we’ve constructed around us. It is in our adherence to natural order that any resistance will be found. The physical domain of the gym calls us to that order. Maybe it's time we listen and get yoked, bruh.
